Offer validation

Introduction

Validation of investment offers is a key administrator responsibility. Before an offer is visible to investors, it must be reviewed and approved by the Genkibo team to ensure quality and compliance.


Accessing the offer list

  1. In the admin menu, go to "Investment offers".
  2. The list of all submitted offers is displayed.

Filtering by status

  • Pending: offers submitted for validation (priority)
  • Approved: validated offers
  • Rejected: declined offers
  • Published: offers currently available to investors
  • Closed / Expired: completed offers

Reviewing an investment offer

  1. Click a "Pending" offer to review it.
  2. The detailed record opens with all information.

Items to check during review

Company information

  • Is the company validated (audit approved)?
  • Is the profile complete?
  • Are documents all approved?

Offer information

  • Is the title clear and appropriate?
  • Is the description complete and honest?
  • Is the offer type correctly selected?
  • Is the associated project real and audited?

Financial data

  • Is the amount to raise realistic for the project?
  • Is the return rate viable and not misleading?
  • Is the duration consistent with the project?
  • Is the minimum amount reasonable?

Compliance

  • Does the offer comply with platform rules?
  • Are there no false promises?

Approving an offer

After review, if everything is compliant:

  1. From the offer record, click "Approve".
  2. Confirm your decision.
  3. The offer moves to "Approved" then "Published".
  4. A notification email is sent to the company.
  5. The offer becomes visible to investors.

Rejecting an offer

If the offer does not meet standards or needs corrections:

  1. From the offer record, click "Reject".
  2. Select or enter the rejection reason.
  3. Confirm rejection.
  4. A detailed email is sent to the company.
  5. The offer moves to "Rejected".

Common rejection reasons

  • Inconsistent or misleading financial information
  • Insufficient or misleading description
  • Company not validated
  • Project not audited
  • Missing or invalid documents
  • Unrealistic return rate

Managing published offers

For offers already published, the admin can:

  • Monitor progress: track amount raised
  • Intervene if needed: suspend if necessary
  • Review investments received

Automatic notification to admin

When a company submits an offer for validation, the admin automatically receives an email notification with:

  • Company name
  • Offer title
  • Direct link to the record for review
