Investment management

Introduction

This module covers investment management from the administration panel: viewing investments, managing payouts to companies, and processing external payments.


Viewing investments

Accessing the list

  1. In the admin menu, go to "Investments".
  2. All platform investments are displayed.

Information shown per investment

  • Related investment offer
  • Investor
  • Company
  • Payin amount
  • Status
  • Date

Filtering investments

Use filters to sort by:

  • Status (pending, confirmed, cancelled)
  • Company
  • Investor
  • Period

Managing payouts to companies

When an offer reaches its goal or closes, collected funds must be paid out to the company (payout).

Creating a payout to a company

  1. From the investment list, select the relevant investment.
  2. Click "Create payout" or go to "Payout to company".
  3. Complete the form:

  1. Click "Create payout".

Updating a payout invoice

  1. Select the payout.
  2. Click "Update invoice".
  3. Add the required information.
  4. Save.

Application gains

View gains generated by the platform on investments:

  1. Go to "Investments""Application gains".
  2. A summary table of commissions and gains is displayed.

External payment management

External payments are transactions made outside the platform (bank transfers, cash, etc.) that must be recorded and validated manually.

Listing pending external payments

  1. Go to "Investments""External payments".
  2. The list of payments pending validation is displayed.

Creating an external payment

To record a payment received off-platform:

  1. Click "New external payment".

  2. Enter:

    • Related investment
    • Amount
    • External payment method
    • Reference / proof of payment
    • Payment date
  3. Submit.

Approving an external payment

After verifying proof of payment:

  1. Select the payment in the list.
  2. Click "Approve".
  3. Confirm approval.
  4. The payment is recorded and the investment is activated.

Rejecting an external payment

If proof of payment is invalid or insufficient:

  1. Select the payment.
  2. Click "Reject".
  3. Enter the rejection reason.
  4. The investor is notified.

Viewing investors

  1. Go to "Investors" in the admin menu.
  2. The full list of registered investors is displayed.
  3. Click an investor to see their profile, investments, and documents.
