Company and project audits
Introduction
Audit is the verification and validation process carried out by the administrative team. This module explains how to handle audit requests for companies and their projects.
Managing company audits
Accessing companies to audit
- In the admin menu, go to "Companies".
- The list of all companies is displayed.
- Filter by "Pending audit" status to see urgent requests.
Viewing a company profile
- Click a company.
- The "Audit" or "Profile" tab lets you view all information.
Reviewing a company audit request
Check the following:
Legal information
- Does the legal name match the documents?
- Is the trade register number valid?
- Is the legal form consistent?
Documents
- Are all required documents present?
- Is each document readable, valid, and not expired?
- Do document details match the profile?
Activity
- Is the declared sector consistent?
- Is the company description professional and honest?
- Is the address verifiable?
Legal representative
- Is the director’s ID valid?
- Is the link between the director and the company established?
Creating a company audit
- From the company record, click "Create audit".
- Complete the audit form:

| Reason | If rejected: detailed reason communicated to the company |
- Click "Submit audit".
Updating an audit
If you need to change an audit decision:
- Open the existing audit.
- Click "Edit".
- Update the status and information.
- Save.
Company audit outcome
If approved:
- The company receives a validation email
- Its status becomes "Validated"
- It can then submit investment offers
If rejected:
- The company receives an email with the detailed reason
- Its status becomes "Rejected"
- It can correct and submit a new request
Managing project audits
Accessing projects to audit
- In the admin menu, go to "Projects".
- The list of projects submitted for audit is displayed.
Reviewing a project
Verify:
- Is the description complete and realistic?
- Are project steps clearly defined?
- Is the project consistent with the company’s activity?
- Are timelines reasonable?
- Are amounts requested justified by the project?
Creating a project audit
- From the project record, click "Create audit".
- Complete the form:
- Status (Approved / Rejected)
- Internal notes
- Rejection reason (if applicable)
- Submit the audit.
Updating a project audit
- Open the project audit.
- Click "Edit".
- Update the information.
- Save.
Document management
Accessing documents
- In the admin menu, go to "Documents".
- The list of all platform documents is displayed.
- Filter by "Pending" status for documents to process.
Validating a document
- Click the document to review.
- To view it securely: click "View document" (the system decrypts the document automatically).
- Verify that the document is compliant.
- Click "Approve" or "Reject".
Rejecting a document
- Click "Reject".
- Select the rejection reason from the list:
- Unreadable document
- Expired document
- Non-compliant document
- Inconsistent information
- Other (specify)
- Confirm.
- The user is notified with the reason.
Deleting a document
If a document must be removed permanently:
- Select the document.
- Click "Delete".
- Confirm deletion.
Audit good practices
- Process requests in submission order: first in, first out.
- Verify all documents systematically before validating.
- Write clear rejection reasons: help the company understand what to fix.
- Use internal notes for observations you do not want to share with the company.
- Act quickly: companies are waiting for your decision to move forward.
