Documents (administration)​

The Documents module lets the Genkibo team manage records and administrative files that are not exclusively tied to a single company or investor workflow screen.

  • Browsable lists filtered according to permission rules.
  • Consistent with KYC / compliance requirements also handled from user records.

The Affiliation link entry is used to generate or manage affiliation links used to attribute registrations or marketing actions to a partner.

  • Create / copy the link to share.
  • Track usage according to available reports in the tool (statistics, conversions — depending on implementation).

This feature is distinct from the affiliation program seen by end users (Cross-cutting features — Affiliation).

Security​

  • Sensitive documents should only be accessible to authorized roles (Compliance, Finance departments, etc.).
  • Log access when compliance requires it (internal Genkibo procedure).
